Many accommodation and attraction providers in the area have been part of Wildlife Action Awards and Green Tourism Schemes during the past five years. During 2007 it is hoped to re address the ‘Green Issue’ by encouraging previous participants and future participants to continue by joining the National Green Tourism Scheme which addresses the issues of Climate Change and global warming.
